Accountabilities:

• Support overall sales and customer marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, advertising campaigns, displays and marketing promotional events.
• Grow and maintain an established network of external agents/vendors.
• Work closely with the brand and sales teams to ensure effective and consistent brand messaging to various audiences, ensuring alignment of brand messaging.
• Provide support and direction for the design and execution of shopper marketing materials and coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials.
• Conduct research and stay up to date on industry/market trends and innovations.
• Offer real-time perspective on industry trends and best practices.
• Generate ideas and strategies for new development projects and internal processes that better enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• Support internal & external customer marketing initiatives.
• Support merchandising program & planning
• Be a liaison between internal stakeholders and agencies.
• Initiate & manage Internal scoping documents.
• Work with legal team and vendors to close contracts
• Manage invoices and vendor onboarding.
• Manage internal asset communications and database through Salsify and other internal data storage.
• Manage content updates for retail websites.
• Manage new item submissions and specifications with 1 WorldSync and vendor forms.
• Manage coupon barcodes with clearing house.
• Support and maintain program recaps and reports.
• Submit creative briefs and monthly promo forms.
• Ad hoc project management & execution

Experience & Skillset:

• 4+ years in a professional sales and/or marketing position in an active market (prefer 2+ years of that time spent in sales or marketing)
• A passion for developing innovative solutions to solve marketing problems.
• Ability to prioritize numerous, simultaneous projects and lead end-to-end delivery.
• Exceptional oral and written presentation skills to facilitate internal communication and being the \xe2\x80\x9cexternal face\xe2\x80\x9d of the company.
• Experience working with creative teams on impactful marketing materials.
• Project management
• A leader with outstanding written and verbal communications skills as well as highly developed interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills: Effective delivery of data analysis and insights to internal and external customers that guide strategy and delivery again business objectives
• A highly detail-oriented team player
• Ability to manage Key stakeholders across cross-functional teams and customer business teams.
• Experience with Salsify is a bonus
