We are currently looking for a
Senior Custom Woodworker
to join our team. This is more than just a production role -- it's an opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft to create beautiful, lasting work in kitchens, vanities, and custom millwork.
What You'll Do
Build and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork with a focus on precision and craftsmanship.
Work with solid wood, veneers, laminates, and engineered wood products.
Read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications with attention to detail.
Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and skillfully.
Collaborate with designers and supervisors to bring unique projects to life.
Maintain high standards of quality while meeting project timelines.
Share your knowledge by mentoring and supporting junior woodworkers.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of hands-on woodworking experience, ideally in a kitchen manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction and joinery methods.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, custom work.
Skilled in operating woodworking machinery and tools.
A problem-solver who can adapt to custom builds and unique challenges.
Someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and takes pride in their craft.
