Job Overview:
The Senior Creative Resource Manager plans, manages and optimizes project resourcing and workflow within the agency. The role requires a solutions-oriented, self-starter who is able to think fast, move even faster, and always find that resourcing sweet spot that satisfies creative requirements, budgets and many fast-moving timelines.
What You'll Do:
Triage requests for Creative Resources
Review and validation of scope and timelines associated with creative resource requests
Prepare daily and weekly ongoing project and status docs
Work closely with team to manage bandwidth and identify any freelance needs
Attendance at any required status meetings
Onboarding new creatives
Monitoring the workflow of creative assignments that are in development
Work closely with Creative Operations Director and finance for hours reporting and pipeline projection
What We're Looking For:
8+ years experience in a Creative Resourcing position within an agency (or similar) environment
Experience managing high-volume production asks
Excellent communication, collaboration and diplomacy skills
Highly organized, detailed oriented and proficient at problem-solving
Master juggler, ability to multitask under pressure
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and go above and beyond to meet deadlines
Strong time management skills
Self-starter with a positive "can-do" attitude
Previous agency or in-house experience a must
Base salary range: $80 - $110k CAD, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
