  • Advise operational teams of Freedom Mobile Inc. a subsidiary of Videotron Ltd., on a daily basis ;
  • Work on a variety of consumer and commercial law files ;
  • Review and approve promotional offers ;
  • Negotiate, draft and review commercial contracts.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Common Law ;
  • Member of the Ontario, Alberta or British Columbia Bar ;
  • Expert in consumer law ;
  • 5 to 8 years\' experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements ;
  • Excellent command of English is essential ;
  • Command of French is an asset ;
  • A self-starter, able to prioritize, able to work independently or as part of a team.
