In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and partner closely with HR and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.

What You'll Do:

Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategies Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies (passive outreach, job boards, events, etc.) Leverage market and competitive data to shape hiring approaches Ensure compliance with all US and Canadian hiring regulations Utilize UKG ATS for recruitment tracking and reporting Contribute to continuous improvement through metrics and insights

What you bring:

7+ years of recruiting experience (mix of agency and in-house preferred) Strong experience sourcing, leveraging LinkedIn and other sourcing tools in both the US and Canada Expert use of varied ATS systems, use of UKG preferred Proven ability to align hiring with business goals and workforce planning Highly skilled in passive candidate engagement, pipelining critical talent and storytelling around employer value proposition Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills A track record of high-quality, long-term hires Less than 10% Travel
