Senior Corporate Paralegal

Job Description
Our client, a law firm located in Vancouver, is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to fill their newly available opportunity for a Senior Corporate Paralegal. The client has a stellar reputation for providing top-notch legal expertise and guidance to their diverse client base.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist Lawyers with general transactional work, corporate reorganizations, incorporations and annual maintenance
- Prepare filings, closing books and reporting letters
- Conduct due diligence searches
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Corporate Paralegal, must have transactional experience.
- Paralegal Certificate or diploma from accredited institution
- Strong technical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently is imperative in this role
