As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking candidates for a position of Senior Corporate Counsel, Clean Energy located at our Head Office in Guelph, ON. We are searching for an accomplished lawyer to provide general legal advice and guidance under the direction of Skyline\xe2\x80\x99s General Counsel on a broad range of topics related to all facets of the company\xe2\x80\x99s business, with an emphasis on providing support to the Skyline Clean Energy Fund. What we look for:

• A broad understanding of legal and business concepts relevant to the practice of corporate, commercial and securities law.
• Extensive experience with various types of business structures, including corporate and administrative procedures involved in preparing and filing articles of incorporation, amendments, limited partnerships, trust declarations, etc.
• Familiarity with various forms of corporate and commercial agreements including shareholders\xe2\x80\x99 agreements, limited partnership agreements, securities distribution agreements, asset and property management agreements and various other forms of service or similar agreements.
• An obsession for details and a strong ability to correctly interpret legislation governing the formation and operation of corporations, limited partnerships, trusts, etc.
• A deal junkie with a love for transactional work including negotiating and drafting agreements of purchase and sale and financing documents and providing legal leadership on closing transactions.
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada, and able to practice law in Ontario.
• Minimum ten (10) years of legal practice experience required, including at least five (5) years of corporate, commercial and/or securities legal practice experience.
