The Business Law group serves a variety of Canadian and foreign entities, from private companies and mid-market businesses through to large public conglomerates. As a member of the team, you will have access to a broad scope of interesting work including mergers & acquisitions, securities and capital markets, financial services and banking, reorganizations, and joint ventures.
