Are you a natural storyteller who understands what great writing looks like? REW is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Copywriter to support our growing universe of real estate content. Reporting into the Director of Content, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be joining REW\xe2\x80\x99s Studio, a small team that has done big things in the last year and has even grander plans for 2024.Join the Real Estate Works adventure.Real Estate Works, REW, exists to be the ultimate guide in people\'s real estate adventure.We do this by building great, digital experiences to deliver useful content and connect homeseekers to the best industry partners to help them in their home search journey.Content at REW.Our content network includes REW\xe2\x80\x99s proprietary content stack \xe2\x80\x98The Guide\xe2\x80\x99 to offer an original and integrated real estate content experience that compliments the REW.ca home search platform.This content strategy forms the production and publishing arm of the REW Studio. The Studio is the voice of the REW brand, a way for REW to join the real estate conversation across social media, email, digital magazines and more. We aim to guide homeseekers and build their confidence for their home search journey.What success looks like.

• A steady stream of strong written content across multiple channels.
• Well-managed social communities showing growth and positive sentiment.
• On-going growth in key target areas, including site traffic and email subscribers.

Key Responsibilities.

• Content writing and creation - You\xe2\x80\x99re a writer with great taste that you\xe2\x80\x99ll need when producing highly engaging content (both original and curated) across our product, our magazine, social media, email and more. Plus you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with designers to turn your written work into highly-effective visual assets.
• Coordination - You\xe2\x80\x99re super organized and full of initiative, which you\xe2\x80\x99ll need when you\xe2\x80\x99re collaborating with other writers, contributors and designers on a variety of projects.
• Community Management - You know what makes social communities tick and you\xe2\x80\x99ll be in charge of improving REW\xe2\x80\x99s social channels health through interaction and conversation.
• Publishing - Great content needs an audience and you\xe2\x80\x99ll use social, email and REW\xe2\x80\x99s owned channels to get in front of the right people.
• Communications - Reaching new audiences means knowing who else to talk to you. That\xe2\x80\x99s why you\xe2\x80\x99ll assist with finding new writing contributors and partners.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years experience in a copywriting or journalism role.
• Excellent writing skills - wit, brevity, close attention to detail and great taste.
• The ability to brief creatives to turn your ideas and writing into engaging visual assets.
• Extremely organized with plenty of initiative.
• Clear understanding of what makes great content on social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit and X.
• Experience with email marketing tools.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
