Job Description

Senior Controls Specialist. Candidate must have a degree or diploma in Automation Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field. A minimum of 5+ years of controls, robotics, or electro-mechanical experience in an OEM integrator setting such as automotive, medical or similar. Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel to the USA and Mexico.

Experience with:

o Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming

o Omron PLC (must have)

o Safety PLC programming

o Field bus networks (Ethernet IP, IO-Link, etc.)

o ABB or Fanuc robots

Skills:

Well-defined methodology for maintaining code structure and organization.

Possess a logical thought process.

Work effectively without supervision.

Be a team player and work well with others.

Electrical troubleshooting skills.

Possess a positive attitude.

Able to perform multiple tasks
