Asamaka Industries Ltd offers Professional Engineering Services with a specialization in Electrical Design and Control System Integration. The control system is the nerve centre of the entire process, and we work hard to ensure that our solutions integrate every aspect of the machine or system. Throughout a project\xe2\x80\x99s life cycle, we continuously focus on improving the efficiency of the process, electrical designs, safety requirements, quality requirements and operator interfaces. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop comprehensive training curriculum and instructional materials for PLC programming using Allen Bradley Studio5000, FactoryTalk View, Siemens Step 7 & TIA Portal, Omron & Beckhoff PLC\xe2\x80\x99s
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, lectures, and workshops both in-person and through online platforms. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Provide hands-on technical training on equipment, tools, software, and methodologies relevant to the engineering field. Ensure that participants gain practical experience and proficiency in applying theoretical concept
Design, configuration and programming of automation and controls systems using PLC, HMI, Robotic and SCADA systems.
Develop PLC code and HMI programs using Allen Bradley Studio5000, FactoryTalk View, Siemens TIA Portal, and applicable programming software.
Develop assessment criteria and conduct regular evaluations to measure participants\' progress and comprehension. Provide constructive feedback and support to individuals to facilitate their continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other trainers, instructors, and subject matter experts to enhance training effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Offer guidance and mentorship to individuals pursuing engineering careers. Provide career advice, resources, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Commission automation systems at the machine builder and final customer facilities
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems or Robotics & Automation is required
Applicants must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Controls and Automation Industry
Strong instructional and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
Experience in curriculum development and instructional design methodologies.
Proficiency in utilizing educational technologies and online learning platforms.
Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion for education and a commitment to fostering learning and development within the engineering community.
Ability to provide training and mentorship to team members.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Programming all controls related devices, including but not restricted to:
PLC & HMIs (Rockwell, Siemens, Omron)
Vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, Omron)
Barcode scanners and printers (Zebra, Keyence, Cognex, Honeywell)
Smart sensors (IO link devices, IFM, Balluff etc.)
Knowledge of custom machine building and processes including welding, assembly, vision, laser, etc.
Understanding of Ontario Electrical Code and Electrical Circuits
Knowledge of OSHA, RIA, CSA Safety Standards
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Must have a positive attitude and be able to communicate well with both clients and team members
Must have strong leadership and training experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Effective research and Information gathering

Ability to travel for on-site commissioning (USA, Canada, Mexico)
Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License & access to reliable transportation Valid Canadian passport and must be willing and able to travel locally, throughout the USA and Mexico While we strive to maintain a local workload, domestic and global travel may be required.
