About the team
eBay is looking for an experienced Senior Consumer Insights Manager to join our growing Global Consumer Insights team. In this critical role, you will champion the voice of consumers and lead global research for the Motors business, including automotive parts & accessories and vehicles, delivering insights that shape key business strategies, and ensuring consumer-centricity is at the heart of decision-making. If you have a passion for all things vehicles and are a specialist in generating insights, this is your dream job!
You will also lead the Global Consumer Insights Categories team. In this role you will manage 2+ other researchers and create synergies across other categories.
This role reports to the Senior Director, GCI, and is accountable for driving customer experience improvements for both new and existing customers across eBay markets, specifically US, UK and Germany.
