Job Description

Infosys is seeking a SAP SRM. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor\'s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :

• Possess strong analytical, incident resolution, and problem -solving skills.
• Support and resolve SAP SRM/MM/SAP Ariba/SAP Accounts payable/SAP Travel management production support issues
• Act as a point of contact for all the production issues related to sourcing management processes
• Should be able to resolve critical issues in a timely manner and able communicate proactively the status to impacted stakeholders
• Must have deep understanding of SAP SRM, MM, Ariba, Accounts payable and Travel management modules
• Work with project team and customer to provide visibility into production issues and recommend actions for resolution
• Carry out impact analyses where proposed changes could affect the systems or processes
• Understanding requirements and writing functional specification documents
• Should be an individual contributor and played client facing lead role
• Know the integration points and \'tie-ins\' with other modules and troubleshooting integration issues
• Good understanding on integration to other SAP and Non-SAP systems
