Salary:

$100,000 to $150,000 CAD per annum

Key Responsibilities:



Project Controls



Implement program and project control methodologies. Establish the baselines and performance manage the baseline. Analyze project schedules, assess and document project impacts. Verify contract requirements including payment milestones. Work with internal and external groups to coordinate, obtain and verify information. Review and analyze various project reports, contracts, deliverables and provide recommendations. Compile and provide consolidated monthly reports, with an aim for continuous improvement.

Digital Reporting



Function as a digital transformation advisor and guide digital adoption. Develop and implement digitalization strategies for project controls. Develop, maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards. Support the creation and maintenance of databases for project controls. Integrate Power BI with existing systems and platforms for seamless reporting. Lead the delivery of user-friendly digital solutions using data analytics and visualization.


Qualifications

Project Control Skills:



Minimum 5 years experience in project controls, with a background in construction, energy, infrastructure and or industrial projects. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. An ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse audience.

Digital Reporting Skills:



Minimum 3 years experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools or in a data-specific role. Proven ability to lead digital initiatives and drive technology adoption. Proven experience developing Power BI reports for construction projects. Experience designing data models from various sources (SQL, Oracle, Primavera P6, SharePoint, ERP, PMIS). Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).

Education:



University degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, and or Project Management.

Must be willing to be on client site or in the office 4 days per week.
