Job Description

Infosys is seeking an experienced Payroll Transformation Lead who will be responsible for leading and advising on the redesign and optimization of payroll processes, systems, and strategies within the organization. Acting as a subject matter expert, will work key stakeholders through the payroll transformation journey, ensuring alignment with business goals, business requirements, testing (Penny, SIT, UAT, Parallel), and best practices. The role will require deep expertise in global payroll operations, project management, and the implementation of payroll technologies.Required Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s Degree preferably in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.

• 8+ years of in payroll management and transformation, with a focus on multi-country payroll.
• Demonstrated success in leading payroll system implementations and process redesign projects.
• Proven track record of working with stakeholders and IT partners in implementing new payroll systems and tools. (Ex: EY)
• Expertise in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Oracle, EY) and their implementation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices globally.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead complex payroll transformation projects from start to finish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills, Familiarity with business practices and cultures across multiple international regions
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced degree or professional certification in payroll, HR management is a plus

• Proficiency in process improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to identify and address client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner
• Program Management and Change Management experience

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
