Job Description

Infosys is seeking a IBM Data Cap. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor\'s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT and Consulting.
• Must have minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with IBM DataCap 9.X, DataCap Navigator and Mobile App
• At least 3 years developing software applications in .NET, MS visual studio, SCM: GIT
• Scanner Support experience/knowledge
• Expert level experience & knowledge of Enterprise Communications Management (ECM) solutions and hands-on experience in building, installing and administration of DataCap applications
• Should possess in depth knowledge of IBM DataCap components and tools, including application configuration/rule sets
• Possess knowledge on IBM DB2 and general relational database concepts i.e. tables, views, schemas etc
• Hands-on knowledge on MS ACCESS and SQL Server
• .NET skills to modify the DataCap DLLs for image enhancements techniques and building DLLs to improve accuracy
• Experience on End-to-end application setup (development of features, DataCap components used, deployment, maintenance etc.)
• Hands on Experience on DataCap studio, Rule runner service, Task master service, Web interface for DataCap
• Knowledge on Document processing workflow & Steps - page ID, profiler, verify, export etc.
• Integration with FileNet/Case Manger to upload meta-data, documents into repositories

• Experience in a high-volume document processing environment
• Work with Business stakeholders to assist with day-2-day application support, Application checkout and health check/s, Minor changes and maintenance, Adhoc activities - Break fix
• Possess knowledge on System maintenance and infrastructure support activities like Major software upgrade support, Product Capability support/POC
• Demonstrate broad knowledge in other technical areas to properly manage complex integration efforts. Demonstrates application of technical expertise in successful engagements involving multiple disciplines.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders to articulate technical issues, present options and recommend solutions
• Drive the delivery of project deliverable leveraging onsite and offshore technical teams. Should be able to review and ensure quality
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written)
• Independently solve problems with strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of agile methods and processes

• Good to have experience in Health Insurance domain
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
