Senior Consultant, Delivery Services

Summary:

As a Senior Consultant, Delivery Services within the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for providing clients with a positive experience when implementing Messagepoint into their organization. This position is responsible for working with clients to develop an implementation plan and successfully deliver the specifications of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for partnering with the CCM Solutions Architect to define the end to end Messagepoint platform for clients with a focus on client user enablement and satisfaction with the implementation of the Messagepoint platform
• Be able to perform in the capacity of CCM Solutions Architect and/or Solution Lead when assigned.
• Monitor project assignments (whether for delivery by self or assigned Delivery Consultants) for:

• Completed and accurate solution design and specification documentation
• Code consistency and quality
• Delivery of unit tested code supporting the end to end solution design for assigned projects
• Timely resolution of issues discovered during client testing
• achievement of deliverables with quality and with timelines, supporting the assigned project manager with proper tracking
• Smooth deployment of applications into production and the transition of solutions from project mode to the Messagepoint support and success team
• Prepare materials and lead client centric knowledge transfer sessions, with the objective being the enablement of client users to achieve business objectives with the deployed Messagepoint solution.
• Partner effectively with internal Messagepoint project stakeholders (CCM Solutions Architect, Business Solutions, Customer Support, Customer Success) Client project stakeholders (business and technical) as well as partner resources (3rd party resources).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 year\xe2\x80\x99s experience with CCM applications such as Messagepoint, Quadient Inspire, OpenText, Sefas Designer or related solutions
• Demonstrated track record of delivery excellence in an environment of multiple assignments and varying complexity, (where complexity is defined by dimensions such as size, solution architecture design and scope)
• College Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (equivalent work experience in CCM document engineering may be considered)
• Experience in related CCM solution tools, such as print stream manipulation, archive, data transformation/normalization and scripting tools
• Demonstrated experience in Project lifecycle methodologies/SDLCs (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the ability to effectively interface with internal team and clients through-out various project stages
