The Senior Compensation Specialist is responsible for leading the development, execution and monitoring of total rewards programs and initiatives in alignment with sector and company strategies and priorities. Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards this role requires an individual who thrives on challenge, is analytical and organized with a passion for HR and Total Rewards data, with a proven track record of successfully partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, to position PCL as an employer of choice. This position can be based out of any of our or company locations.
