  • Leading and coordinating web activities (inbox management, web update requests, analytics and reporting), liaising with colleagues as required
  • Providing strategic advice to support web content development
  • Leading on web strategy and policy development
  • Supporting emergency operations and crisis communications by leading on related web operations
Essential Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in communications, journalism, or public affairs or an equivalent combination of education (minimum college diploma), experience and relevant job knowledgeLanguage Requirements: English essentialExperience:
  • Experience building and managing client relationships
  • Significant experience providing analysis and advice on web content and/or web usability to clients or partners
  • Experience developing and/or overseeing the production of a wide range of digital communications (web and/or social media) products, strategies and activities
  • Significant experience in using digital communications tools
Knowledge of:
  • Government of Canada communications-related policies and procedures
  • Digital communications best practices and trends and how they help an organization meet its mandate
Ability to:
  • Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing

  • Currently working in the Federal Government of Canada
