Bayshore Integrated Care Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Manager to lead our Bundled Care Programs across Ontario. In this leadership role, you'll collaborate with hospital partners, mentor Clinical Managers, and ensure care delivery meets the highest standards of excellence, compassion, and reliability.
What You'll Do

  • Supervise Clinical Managers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure compliance with provincial standards, company policies, and best practices.
  • Oversee patient satisfaction initiatives, address concerns promptly, and champion continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with hospitals, funders, and community stakeholders to support seamless patient transitions and integrated care delivery.
  • Maintain adherence to Public Health standards, Ministry of Health directives, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
  • Key Performance Indicators, control bundle costs, and ensure data quality standards are met.
  • Support recruitment, orientation, training, and performance management for field staff.
  • Participate in business development, market analysis, and implementation of new Bundled Care Programs across Ontario.
  • Lead projects, cross-train staff, and implement new initiatives to enhance care delivery.
  • Serve as on-call manager and step in as Clinical Manager when needed.
Qualifications
What You Bring
  • Current license in good standing as an RPN or RN in Ontario.
  • Graduate of an accredited program with 10 years of progressive healthcare experience, preferably in home health care and hospital settings.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian health care system, including OHIP, insurance, and private pay models.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships and lead teams with compassion.
  • Working knowledge of infection prevention and control, medical terminology, and patient care best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
