This is a full-time, remote position with up to 20% travel. Must be located in Canada.

The Client Services Manager is focused on client retention, revenue retention and growth, and overall customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain direct contact with customers after a sale. Develop and maintain positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s). Works with various departments to meet services goals. Understand our products and how customers utilize them. Work closing with clients/customers to make sure they utilize our products to create the most value. Be the day-to-day contact of an assigned customer base. This can include making sure billing is accurate, provisioning new users, and introducing new product features. Schedule and conduct strategic quarterly meeting (either onsite or remote) with all clients/customers

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

Post secondary degree or diploma

Required Skills and Experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Detailed oriented 2+ Years' experience in Customer Services or related field. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Must be able to work remotely.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Property & Casualty industry experience is a plus. Bilingual French Experience with large corporations and senior managers and above.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $91,000 - $105,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
