Job Summary

The Client Executive is responsible for expanding an existing territory and acquiring new business within the Enterprise Accounts in Quebec, by positioning NetApp's Products, Solutions, Data Services, and Support to customers and maintaining positive ongoing relationships to meet evolving customer needs. You will also collaborate with Channel Partners to manage sales activity within your territory.

Your overall focus would be to manage the territory including prospecting, developing pipeline, business development, proposals, presentations, and overall customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional teams from NetApp's major BUs provide support and tools for you to leverage to attain and exceed sales performance goals. Utilizing your excellent relationship-building, negotiating, and advanced value-selling techniques to be successful in this role.


Excel in communication, collaboration, and accountability with opportunities, coordinating with additional support resources as needed. Develop new contacts at various levels and buyer profiles (Cloud Architect, Application Developer, Chief Data Scientist, Chief Information Officer, etc.).

Need to be bilingual - French and English*

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate would have Experience with Storage Selling/Solutions and Relationships with Enterprise Customers in Quebec Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint would be beneficial Ability to work collaboratively with NetApp Cross-Functional Teams, Business and Channel Partners, and Service Providers. Experience in relationship management and development at various levels of business owners in an account from IT Technical Staff to the Chief Information Officer An understanding of how technology products and solutions solve business problems. Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help the customer make buying decisions. Build and maintain updated selling activity notes in NetApp's customer resource management system, and accurately forecast business opportunities. Proven track record of managing large opportunities and meeting revenue goals Ability to meet customers face-to-face across the territory Ability to Travel when required within the Territory and to Training/Conferences/Executive Briefings outside of Canada

Strategic Planning within the Enterprise Customer base to position solutions that align with their business objectives Build and plan within territory a plan to achieve and exceed sales targets Develop plans with Cross-functional teams to develop sales cycle and customer alignment within the territory Develop the NetApp Brand within the region

Education

Typically requires 5 to 8+ years selling comparable technologies. Successful track record of selling into the Quebec Enterprise Market
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is 317,050 - 410,300 CAD and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
