We are seeking a talented individual to join our High Net Worth Private Client Services team at Marsh

This role will be based in Toronto and is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As the
Senior
Client Advisor
, you will be joining a positive, dynamic, and tenured team of insurance professionals who focus on Personal Lines in the High Net Worth segment of Marsh's Private Client Services. We are a National team across Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal, consisting of Client Advisors, Client Representatives, and leadership. In the first few months, you will have the opportunity to become acquainted with your team, clients, Marsh's culture, processes, and training, enabling you to excel in your role.
We will count on you to:
Use significant risk experience to perform critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience; cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines.
Work to retain and collaborates with other Account Management colleagues on generating new business.
Work with other Account Management colleagues to execute on the growth and retention strategy and works to meet sales goals.
Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
Serve as a client contact responds to more difficult client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
Cultivate a comprehensive and robust understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
Establish and maintain strong, productive, and ongoing referral relationships both internally and externally as well as with all colleagues, clients, centers of influence and carrier partners
Proven personal credibility, accountability and act with integrity and reputation. Exercise sound judgement, strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions
Participate in all mandatory training to ensure all regulatory requirements are met and compliant with best practices, professional standards, and internal policies and procedures
What you need to have:
10+ years of experience in Personal Lines
10+ years of client facing experience with significant exposure and knowledge of the high-net-worth client & carriers
RIBO license or ability to obtain one in 3 months, as well as other provincial licenses as required
Strong insurance knowledge across all asset classes on various topics but not limited to underwriting, pricing, claims, and cross border exposures
Positivity combined with a sense of urgency and attention to detail managing deadlines and competing requests; self-starter!
Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel & PowerPoint

Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of rounding out accounts, prospecting, and successfully signing new clients
Familiar with broker management systems (Epic preferred)
Interest in pursuing a CAIB and/or CIP or working towards
