Your job:
Take charge of processing and administrative follow-up of files
Take charge of document scanning
Analyze and sort mail

Your team: Within the FlexAffaires administrative sector, you are part of a team of 20 colleagues and report to the Administrative Section Director. Prerequisites:
Holder of a high school diploma
Aptitude for administrative work
Inclination to provide fast and efficient customer service
Knowledge of the Office suite and collaboration tools
Ability to communicate effectively
Skills to identify and suggest process improvement opportunities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files simultaneously
Capacity and curiosity for learning
