• Lead High-Impact Projects: Drive the development of Functional Servicing Plans and Reports, guiding each project from concept through completion.
• Design with Purpose: Prepare cutting-edge preliminary and detailed engineering designs that set the stage for successful site plan and subdivision developments.
• Be the Clientxe2x80x99s Go-To Expert: Work closely with clients and approval agencies, ensuring that designs meet both regulatory standards and client expectations.
• Shape the Future: Mentor and train junior staff, sharing your expertise and helping them grow into future leaders in the industry.

What You Bring:

• A University Degree or College Diploma in Civil Engineering. P.Eng. or C.E.T. designation in Ontario is a great asset.
• 5+ years of experience as a Design Engineer, ideally working on subdivisions, site plans, stormwater management, and environmental servicing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software is essential to your success in delivering high-quality designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with a knack for leading and inspiring teams.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple tasks while delivering high-quality resultsxe2x80x94whether independently or as part of a team.
