Job Description
Estimator - Monitor and manage day to day estimation activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor and manage day to day activities within estimating department
- Coordinate bid schedule maintenance and bond certificate procurement
- Supervision of RFQ processes and output
- Set up of BOMs in HB1
- Working closely with contracts and design studio
- Visits to job sites
- All other duties as required

The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Post-secondary education and completion of estimating courses
- More than five years of estimating experience
- Is outgoing and personable
- Time management skills and attention to detail
- Technical software skills with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Project list included on resume
