Senior Category Manager in Procurement for a Bank in Toronto
What\'s in it for you?
- 14 months contract with the possibility for long term
- Location: Toronto Downtown
- Hybrid
- 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday.
- As the Senior Category Manager in Procurement, you\'ll manage end to end procurement activities focusing primarily on indirect spend categories to support Supplier Hosted (ASP and SaaS) Software as well as IT services.
- You will develop and present procurement strategy recommendations as part of advisory service to clients based on their business requirements and industry analysis.
- Develop, negotiate, execute and implement moderate to high complexity procurement initiatives (including developing requests for proposals and other selection and supplier evaluation tools), while ensuring that Bank\'s risks are mitigated, and regulatory requirements & Bank\'s policies are adhered to.
