Job Summary: Hi there, we\'re Alto! We\'re an online platform that connects screened and qualified caregivers with families seeking senior care services. As a senior-care caregiver, your role will involve offering companionship, assisting with personal care, and providing household support to seniors with varying needs. As an independent contractor, you\'ll enjoy the flexibility to set your own schedule, determine your hourly rates, and choose the clients you work with. Alto provides ongoing support, regular work outreach, and liability insurance coverage to ensure you have the resources you need. Responsibilities and Duties: Your responsibilities may include: - Providing companionship and emotional support to seniors - Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Accompanying seniors to appointments, errands, and social outings Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you need to have the following qualifications: - CPR and First Aid certification from a Canadian-accredited institution - Recent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector (issued within the last three months) While previous experience is not mandatory, it can be advantageous.
