We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Care Sales Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our community, engaging with users, and enhancing our brand presence across various digital platforms. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for Sales. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing strategies that foster community engagement and drive growth.
? Creating and maintaining successful client referral sources.
? Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
? Building brand awareness and positioning.
? Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
? Directing, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts.
? Communicating the marketing plan.
? Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
? Researching demand for the organization's products and services.

? Working together with the social media team to ensure consistency in all marketing and community events.

Job Requirements -
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience working with the senior community, community management, sales, or a related role.
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing and community engagement strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral partners and clients.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to evaluate marketing strategies and adjust based on performance.
Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools.
Capable of coordinating and executing promotional events, trade shows, and campaigns.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and content management systems.
Ability to analyze competitors and market demand effectively.
Strong reporting skills with attention to detail for daily and weekly performance updates.
