Perform test fits per redlined drawings and provided instructions, ensuring accurate space planning solutions that meet client requirements and workplace optimization objectives

Interact with key client and JLL stakeholders, provide drawings per instruction including hard copy and digital requests, and ensure relevant stakeholder updates on task completion

Assist in implementation of CAFM systems and IWMS for new clients, providing technical expertise and ensuring smooth platform transitions and data migration

Apply financial acumen and program management skills to profitably execute and deliver technical solutions while developing long-term client relationships and facilitating conflict resolution

Required Qualifications:

Proven ability to develop relationships that lead to long-term assignments with demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and client service delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional CAD software platforms, advanced BIM modeling capabilities, or specialized CAFM system customization and integration

Professional certifications in architecture, engineering, or facility management (IFMA, BOMA, or similar) demonstrating commitment to industry standards and best practices

Experience leading technical implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams, or serving as subject matter expert on complex workplace transformation initiatives Enhanced financial acumen with experience in space cost allocation, charge-back systems, or real estate financial modeling and analysis Background supporting organizational transformation initiatives, system migrations, or technology adoption programs within corporate real estate environments
