Requirement:

Work with key stakeholders, and partners to define a product vision and roadmap
Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap and requirements
Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance
Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria
Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
Identify risks, challenges, opportunities and business integration needs
Coordinate communications and facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the product backlog
Review and accept completed user stories
Requires the candidate to be able to seamlessly, precisely, and unambiguously communicate with technical teams, project managers as well as senior business leadership - written and verbally.

Required Skills:

8+ years experience in business analysis/product management with proven track record in delivering a product vision and strategy
Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies
Bachelor Degree preferred

Note:

This is not a Project Manager role, we are looking for a BSA. The candidate should possess relevant technical skills.
Experience working with projects in IVR and CTI space a huge plus

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: $70.00-$80.00 per hour Schedule:
