Summary:

The Arctic Spas | Blue Falls Group of Companies is seeking a contract Senior Business Systems Analyst (SBSA) to assist with the evolution of our ERP and adjacent systems. You will document end-to-end business processes, systems and data models, interfaces, and usages; translate business needs into scalable solutions; and drive adoption through clear documentation and production of material to be used for onboarding and training.

Current- and future-state process maps for core ERP functions (Order-to-Cash and Inventory/Manufacturing, etc.) are complete, versioned, and accessible.

Trusted system knowledge:

Authoritative

systems and data model documentation

(entities, attributes, relationships, lineage) to enable faster change with fewer defects.

Interface reliability:

Documented

interfaces and integrations

(source/target, contracts, transformations, schedules, error handling) reduce incidents and speed troubleshooting.

Adoption & onboarding:

End-user training materials

(playbooks, SOPs, quick-reference guides, videos) cut onboarding time and increase feature utilization.

Continuous improvement:

A prioritized backlog of process and system improvements delivers measurable cycle-time/quality gains.

Primary Responsibilities

Elicit and analyze requirements via workshops, interviews, and data/process review; convert into user stories/use cases with acceptance criteria. Produce and maintain

process maps

(BPMN/SIPOC/Swimlane),

RACI

matrices, and control points. Build/curate

systems and data documentation

: conceptual/logical data models, data dictionaries, lineage diagrams, and usage patterns. Inventory and document

APIs, integrations, and interfaces

(ERP ? WMS/CRM/e-commerce/BI, etc.), including schemas, mappings, schedules, and SLAs. Partner with developers and vendors to design solutions; validate with prototypes and fit-gap analyses. Define test strategies; create test cases and data; support SIT/UAT and defect triage. Develop and deliver

training

: curricula, role-based guides, e-learning, and live sessions; measure adoption. Establish governance for documentation versions, standards, and change control; maintain a searchable knowledge base. Track and report KPIs (cycle time, defect leakage, data quality, adoption metrics) and ROI for improvements.

Core Deliverables

Process documentation package (as-is/to-be maps, RACIs, controls). Systems & data model documentation (ERDs, dictionaries, lineage, retention/classification notes). Interface catalogue (endpoints, contracts, mappings, schedules, monitoring & support runbooks). End-user training materials (SOPs, quick starts, videos/slides) and onboarding path by role. Requirements backlog with traceability to tests, releases, and business outcomes. Quarterly continuous improvement report with KPIs and benefits realized.

Qualifications

7-10+ years in business systems analysis with significant

ERP

exposure (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or services). Demonstrated expertise in producing process, data, and interface documentation to professional standards. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills across business and technical audiences. Solid understanding of integration patterns (ETL/ELT, APIs, message queues, file drops) and data governance fundamentals. Working knowledge of software delivery (Agile/Iterative), testing practices, and change management.

Nice to Have (Assets)

Experience with modern cloud ERPs (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central, NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA) and BI/analytics (e.g., Power BI). Experience with cloud Point of Sale (Zoho, Lightspeed) Experience in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. Training design, technical writing, or enablement background.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
