About the role:
The role of the Sr. Business Process Analyst will be to drive electronic ordering adoption rate and work closely with the Customer Care team to troubleshoot order related issues in SAP (S4) and the various electronic ordering platforms.

This is a hybrid role located in Brampton, ON.

Your responsibilities will include:

• EDI expert

• Work directly with EDI trading partners
• Support setup of new EDI connections between trading partners
• Monitor and resolve any EDI process or system issues both internal and with trading partners
• Maintain customer pricing catalogs
• Develop, modify, and document mappings as per EDI specifications
• Coordinate end-to-end EDI testing with trading partners
• Provide clear status updates to management on the progress of all ongoing EDI implementations
• Take responsibility and accountability for all e-commerce platforms
• Review, evaluate and set up new accounts in SAP
• Troubleshoot issues with inbound orders
• Understand end-to-end supply chain
• Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, standardize and automate tools and processes.
• Report and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) of the business and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide support in preparing ad-hoc reporting and data analysis on an as-needed basis.
• Assists in Integration and User Acceptance Testing
• Evaluate potential software solutions to determine if they meet business requirements
• Process Improvement: Review business processes and identify opportunities and strategies to improve business efficiency.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree or 3-5 years practical experience setting up customers on EDI
• In depth EDI knowledge
• Working knowledge of SAP (S4 Hana)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Continuous improvement mindset and be able to manage change as the team and organization grow
• Understanding of Lean methodology and utilize lean principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
• Excellent analytical skills
