What will you do

• Work with Controllers, their business partners and IT to understand business data to produce smart and sustainable analytic
• Provide support throughout the data lifecycle to resolve data issues and assist users in interpreting data.
• Continuously keep on top available data from various computer systems and data sources.
• Design and implement professional reports and dashboards that contribute AIM's Finance re-engineering roadmap.
• Develop, document, train users and produce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Work collaboratively to meet the needs of the business and bring concrete value.
• Build strong relationships with peers and work cross-functionally with finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, statistics, math, accounting).
• Relevant experience in an accounting and financial system.
• Strong interest in data analysis, transformation and problem solving.
• Advanced knowledge: Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Pivot & Power Query), setting up data cubes, hypothesis testing, qualitative and quantitative forecasting methods.
• 3-5 years of experience with SQL database and complex SQL statements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Power BI Dashboard & report visualization development.
• Experience in DAX, Power Query, Power Automate & publishing reports and dashboards using Power BI Service. (or similar tool like Tableau)
• 3-5 years of work experience using ERP systems, preferably D365, Maximo, or Coupa.
• Ability to maintain internal customer satisfaction in a demanding environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to decode end-user needs and provide innovative and proficient reporting solutions.
