Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable as you will engage with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and identify potential clients. Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics. Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate interest and schedule meetings with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technology sales or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective interaction with diverse clientele. A solid understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer service principles. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Previous experience in telemarketing or lead generation is a plus.
