En tant qu'associe(e) principal(e) au developpement des affaires, vous identifierez et developperez des relations strategiques avec des clients potentiels et presenterez des opportunites strategiques avec des fournisseurs. Vous aiderez l'equipe des ventes a developper un solide pipeline de nouvelles opportunites commerciales grace a un contact direct et indirect avec les clients ainsi qu'a la prospection de prospects. Vous collaborerez avec les equipes Marketing, Ventes, Gestion de categories et Developpement de produits pour mettre en oeuvre des initiatives de developpement commercial.


Responsabilites :

Collaborer avec les responsables des unites commerciales ainsi que leurs equipes Ventes, Marketing et Gestion de categories afin d'identifier des pistes clients et suivre un processus de transformation de ces pistes en opportunites potentielles. Verifier et assurer l'exactitude de l'analyse qualitative et quantitative du pipeline de developpement commercial et de son etat d'avancement aupres de la direction. Developper et utiliser des outils qualitatifs et quantitatifs pour elaborer des business cases tactiques et strategiques pour les clients, incluant le potentiel de revenus, la probabilite de conversion, les couts, les risques et les avantages. Faciliter et entretenir des relations avec les responsables des unites commerciales dans les equipes Ventes, Marketing et Gestion de categories afin d'assurer une culture continue d'un pipeline solide d'opportunites etabli par la direction. Etre responsable de la creation et de la diffusion de rapports mensuels resumant les activites de developpement commercial et d'integration a destination de la direction. Ameliorer et maintenir une approche standardisee pour la collecte d'informations sur les profils d'entreprise, y compris les donnees financieres, en vue de presenter des acquisitions strategiques et des candidats a des coentreprises a la direction. Diriger le developpement de modeles complexes pour les propositions presentees par les equipes commerciales aux clients. Avoir une bonne comprehension du travail avec differentes unites et equipes de l'entreprise pour coordonner les elements critiques lies a l'acquisition et au developpement de clients.

Qualifications :

Diplome d'etudes secondaires requis ; un baccalaureat est prefere. Experience approfondie dans les services financiers ou le developpement des affaires (4 a 5 ans requis). Maitrise de Microsoft Office et aptitude a utiliser des competences informatiques avancees. Bonne connaissance du secteur, y compris des fournisseurs, clients et concurrents. Solides competences analytiques en finance et comptabilite, notamment dans l'analyse d'etats financiers et la realisation de modeles financiers. Capacite a diriger la mise en oeuvre de projets de moyenne a grande envergure. Capacite a animer des reunions et a produire des livrables detailles et de qualite dans le cadre d'initiatives de developpement commercial. Connaissance en evaluation d'acquisition, diligence raisonnable et integration. Grandes competences organisationnelles avec capacite a prioriser dans un environnement dynamique. Competences interpersonnelles avec une capacite a communiquer, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit, et a interagir avec tous les niveaux hierarchiques. Capacite a s'adapter aux priorites changeantes, a respecter les delais et a travailler sous pression. Capacite a gerer simultanement des projets complexes et paralleles impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes. Aptitude a identifier, clarifier et definir les problemes et leurs solutions de maniere autonome. Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome sous une supervision generale, tout en fixant des priorites pour d'autres au sein d'un ou plusieurs departements, y compris en prenant des decisions dans le cadre de l'autorite attribuee. Capacite a resoudre des problemes complexes ou difficiles en adoptant une nouvelle perspective, a l'aide de solutions existantes, et a identifier les principaux obstacles ou problemes de fond. Disponibilite pour voyager jusqu'a 25 % du temps.
As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers and introduces strategic supplier opportunities. You will assist Sales in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct and indirect customer contact and lead prospecting. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Category Management and Product Development teams to implement business development initiatives.


Responsibilities:



Coordinates with business unit leaders and their Sales, Marketing and Category Management teams to identify customer lead opportunities and follow a process for developing those leads into potential opportunities. Reviews and ensures accuracy of qualitative and quantitative business development pipeline analysis and ongoing status to management. Develops and utilizes qualitative and quantitative tools to develop tactical and strategical customer business case, including revenue potential, probability for conversion, costs, risks, and benefits. Facilitates and maintains relationships with the business unit leaders in Sales, Marketing and Category Management teams to ensure on-going cultivation of robust pipeline of opportunities established by management. Responsible for creating and distributing monthly reports summarizing business development and integration activities to management. Enhances and maintains standardized approach for collecting information on business profiles including financial background for presenting strategic acquisitions and joint venture candidates to management. Leads development of complex models for proposals for Sales to present to customers. Must have a good understanding of working with various business units and teams across the organization to coordinate critical elements in customer acquisition and development.

Qualifications:



High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in financial service/business development (4-5 years). Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to perform advanced computer skills. Knowledge of industry including suppliers, customers, and competitors. Strong analytical skills in finance and accounting, including proficiency in analyzing financial statements and completing financial models. Ability to lead the implementation of medium to large scale projects. Capable of facilitating meetings and developing detail-oriented quality deliverables in support of various business development initiatives. Acquisition valuation, due diligence, and integration. Extensive organizational skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate, written and verbal, and interact with all levels of personnel within organization. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure. Ability to concurrently manage highly complex and parallel projects that include multiple stakeholders. Ability to identify and clarify/define problems and possible solutions independently. Ability to work independently with general supervision, while establishing priorities of others in one or more department, including exercising judgment to make decisions within scope of assigned authority. Ability to solve difficult to moderately complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions and identify key barriers/core problems and apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations. Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation Details $84,003.00 - $113,404 Annually

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.



For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
