Senior Business Consultant
Adecco is currently recruiting for a Senior Business Consultant. This is a 2-year Onsite contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. This role is with one of our public sector client based in Ottawa. The successful candidate must have a valid Secret Security Clearance.
The Senior Business Consultant will have the following responsibilities:

• Configuration and administration of tender assessment management activities, including tailoring for client\'s projects;
• Customization and optimization of IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS TA application for bid solicitation processes;
• Functional support for evaluation teams and technical assistance during bid evaluation;
• Migration of bid solicitation data across environments;
• Configure IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS TA v9.6 for evaluation processes and test associated products;
• Set up client\'s projects and assign roles and evaluation teams;
• Oversee configuration of tender assessment components;
• Efficiently import bid test case data from various sources;
• Provide training sessions for staff participating in bid evaluation;
• Offer on-site coaching and training for IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS TA;
• Assist in bid preparation, configuration, and implementation;
• Support bid scoring analysis and results analysis, including drafting technical documentation and reports;

The Senior Procurement Specialist must meet the following mandatory requirements:
Must have demonstrated experience of minimum of twenty-four (24) months combined experience using IBM \xc2\xa9 Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System Tender Assessment (DOORS TA) within the last one-hundred and twenty (120) months in Performing:

• IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS configuration, Performing IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS testing, Performing IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS importing, Performing IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS exporting;
• IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS TA, Assigning individuals to specific roles, Assigning individuals to evaluation teams;
• IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS TA in carrying out the management of the tender assessment project;
• Must have experience with generating views using the wizards and DXL script;
• IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS TA automated requirements management tools and processes;
• IBM\xc2\xa9 DOORS tasks: Data backup and data recovery, creating modules for sites, Synchronizing modules between sites, Creating/exporting IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS reports/metrics. , Recording scores in IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS TA;
• IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS Requirements Management;
• Training is coaching evaluation teams on recording data within the IBM \xc2\xa9 DOORS TA;
