Job Description

TEHORA is currently looking for a Senior Business Architecture Advisor with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use his skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Description of work or deliverables:

Align the business architecture with the orientations of the strategic planning and the vision of the Organization;

Ensure a global vision of business architecture in support of digital transformation and modernization projects;

Determine possible optimization and transformation opportunities;

Define guidelines and operating principles and submit them for approval ;

Prepare executive presentations for decision making by the management of the Organization;

Act as an expert advisor to the Tribunal\'s authorities in terms of business architecture;

In support of the resources in place, divide and schedule the architectural work to be carried out;

In support of the resources in place, model the Tribunal\'s target business processes at the appropriate level to feed the subsequent development of IT architectures;

Participate in the target architecture during preliminary studies such as the opportunity file and the business file;

Ensure the quality control of the deliverables relating to the business architecture produced by the other participating professionals;

Participates in the Organization\'s architecture table.

Requirements

Have completed at least ninety (90) university credits in a field relevant to the responsibilities of the profile;

Gold

To compensate for a deficit of credits required above, the accumulation of two (2) months of relevant experience per missing credit, in addition to the years of experience already required for this profile, will be accepted;

Cumulate ten (10) years of experience in information technology, including seven (7) years of experience in the context of interventions in the user environment either for business processes and rules, work organization or the drafting of various studies (business files, opportunity and preliminary studies) ;

Demonstrate that the resource has carried out two (2) mandates in projects with a minimum scope of 2,000 person-days, in which he has taken charge of all aspects of the business analysis, i.e. the collection of needs, the drafting of preliminary studies,

business files, opportunity studies, test quotes, etc. ;

Demonstrate that the resource has knowledge of a process modeling language such as BPMN (Business Process Management Notation).
