Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst
Key Deliverable for Senior Business Analyst:
Product Requirements: Document and manage ongoing business and product requirements.
Perform requirement analysis, gap assessments, and develop business process flows for current and future states.
Maintain system documentation, user guides, process maps, and training materials.
Product Delivery: Support product development, deployment, and operational projects.
Prepare and contribute to test plans; facilitate business and clinical participation in testing.
Ensure compliance with Ontario Health standards, including privacy, security, and architecture.
Prioritization: Independently prioritize multiple requests and system requirements to meet organizational goals.
Identify and resolve challenges promptly; escalate critical issues when necessary.
Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize touchpoints.
Collaboration: Coordinate user sessions and meetings with clear agendas, minutes, and follow ups.
Engage in product team discussions and workload planning.
Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to align on requirements and deliverables.
Must Haves:
7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
7+ years of experience with requirements elicitation and analysis techniques, developing use case documentation, business requirements, and business test plans.
7+ years' experience with a wide range of process mapping techniques, documentation tooling (such as Jira, Confluence Wiki or similar tools) and IT Service Management practices and applications (such as Remedy/Helix).
7+ years Strong business acumen and understanding of architecture, systems, APIs and databases.
7+ years Knowledge of project delivery practices such as Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile and/or SCRUM.
