Role Impact:

The Senior Business Analyst, RPA will play a pivotal role in the identification and analysis of Automation candidates within the CF organization, requirements analysis, process definition, testing and change management support related to business process automation and change topics within the Business Solutions Delivery team at CF.

The Senior Business Analyst, RPA will ensure that all related stakeholders fully understand the defined strategies, objectives and detailed requirements from business stakeholders to support business process automation. They will follow Automation best practices/standards and will work with relevant stakeholders to implement and maintain the required standard practices and processes to guide how business capabilities and processes are automated , implemented, managed, optimized , and, when necessary, retired.

What You Will Deliver

  • Applies business analysis methodology to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs from key stakeholders
  • Performs business analysis planning to outline the tasks and deliverables needed for the project and estimate the time required including the time of the business stakeholders involved.
  • Considers:
  • Critical project characteristics such as the size of the project, the business risks involved, the number of interfaces the project will include
  • The processes that need to be adhered to for the project
  • The project methodology being used for the project, project roles and responsibilities, and what deliverables are required
  • Plays a pivotal role in ensuring a common understanding of business requirements amongst all stakeholders
  • Thoroughly document and maintain business requirements using Automation best practice requirements models such as business process maps, use cases, business rules, wireframes, and user stories
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram (standard BA) and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
  • Build, maintain and collect signoff on PDD (Process Definition Document)
  • Support development of SDD (Solution Design Document) in alignment with business process workflow
  • Applies business process design methodology to document business processes, analyze issues and opportunities for improvement, identify process performance targets, and redesign business processes, including cost-benefit and return on investment (ROI) analyses for proposed changes to aid management in making implementation decisions
  • Assists in Integration and User Acceptance Testing, reviews testing scripts/plans
  • Develops and executes training, support, implementation models and materials
  • Ensures the traceability of requirements through each stage of the requirements gathering process, mapping requirements corresponding functions in the solution
  • Works on multiple concurrent project types including: vendor solutions, custom development, and enhancements/support
  • Takes an enterprise view in recommending solutions that benefit the entire company, not just a specific business area
  • Contributes to managing the business relationship
  • Ensures corporate data is secured and protected in accordance with IT security policies
  • Ensures appropriate process and technical documentation is created and maintained during solution lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities, risk and constraints for IT to enhance the business
  • Maintain a good understanding of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s business units\xe2\x80\x99 functions, processes and interactions
  • Bot Administration - Administering the day to day operation of RPA processes
  • Review, publishing and scheduling of Bot processes
  • Monitoring job queues across tenants and identifying issues that may require remediation, escalation to manager or stakeholder communication
  • Access provisioning of users on the RPA platform and the Virtual Workstations
  • Enhancements - Design and develop minor enhancements for the RPA processes in Production
  • Incident Management \xe2\x80\x93 handling the day-to-day issues pertaining to production environment including but not limited to:
  • Create, manage/investigate incidents logged, and update tickets
  • Prioritize the defects for resolution
  • Design solution for the errors, test/UAT and follow change management process to deploy tested fixes to Production environment
  • Ongoing maintenance and support of robotic process automations

What You Need to Succeed
  • Post-secondary education in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Business Analysis including 3 years of experience in Automation related Projects
  • RPA Business Analysis Certification in UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere is required
  • Working knowledge of UiPath Automation Hub, UiPath Insights, OCR and Document Understanding tools is required
  • Practical knowledge of RPA, Automation, AI, ChatBots digital applications, Technology and Property management related operations is an asset
  • Experience in conducting interviews and facilitating workshops to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios and other methods
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling
  • Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts
  • Experience delivering projects and enhancements using Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Good knowledge of process and application best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Visio
