The Senior Business Analyst will report directly to the Director of Operations and provide support on strategic planning, analytics and cross-portfolio systems integration. This role will work closely with Finance, HR, and Facilities teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop dashboards and data visualizations for Finance, HR, Facilities, and IM teams to be used for both internal and external partners
Analyze trends and performance metrics for operational decision support
Lead process improvement and automation projects across organization
Recommend system and process enhancements
Coordinate IT/IM relationship with third party vendor and manage major tickets
Support Facilities Supervisor, providing direction as needed
Support Facilities team project management and planning
Work in collaboration with Directors on QI portfolio and projects
Monitor and evaluate EMR system, including planning for enhancements
Lead digital health initiatives like AI Scribe or OAB etc
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline or combination of education and technical experience
5+ years of experience in an Analyst role, supporting teams in community health or not-for-profit setting
Evidence of innovative leadership and critical thinking skills
Solid team player with ability work with flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills
Experience driving QI initiatives and digital solutions
Ability to analyze and share data across multiple platforms and to multiple stakeholder groups
Proven cultural competence and commitment to health equity, with the ability to work with diverse populations
Ability to maintain a positive, solution-focused approach when responding to conflicts or problems
