SRA Staffing is seeking three (3) experienced Senior Business Analysts to support a high-profile IT program within the nuclear division of a major utility organization. This full-time onsite engagement will focus on the successful requirements management and delivery of large-scale system implementations, including both COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) and custom-built applications.These roles are ideal for senior-level professionals with strong experience in Agile environments and user-centered design.

• Mandatory Experience & Skills:

• Proven senior-level experience in business analysis for large system implementations (COTS and custom solutions)
• Experience with Agile frameworks and user-centered design approaches
• Strong background in facilitating workshops and managing technical and business requirements across diverse stakeholder groups
• Preferred:

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) designation
