Your Position & How You Will Contribute:
Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Communications, the Sr. Manager, Business Acquisition Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing strategies to acquire new customers and drive business growth. The Senior Manager should have extensive experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, a proven track record of scaling successful acquisition campaigns, strong analytical skills, strategize and lead digital marketing elements and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Responsibilities & Key Duties include:
Digital Channel & Emerging Channel StrategyOversee the overall strategy and execution of telMAX's digital properties, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
Lead day-to-day digital operations while developing and testing emerging digital channels for both residential and business markets.
Partner closely with the digital agency to drive growth through:
+ A high-performance, always-on website
+ Strengthened online reputation and reviews
+ Optimized SEO and local search visibility
+ Integration of AI across marketing and customer experiences
+ Cohesive, data-driven multi-platform advertising campaigns
+ Unified customer insights and engagement through HubSpot.
Marketing Budget ManagementDevelop and oversee annual marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively across various campaigns and channels to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and financial data to optimize spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and adjust budgets as needed to meet organizational goals.
Track month to date spend, forecasted balance of month spend vs budget.
Within team, ensure timely completion of all invoices being processed.
Quarterly Marketing Campaigns:Campaign Planning and Execution, develop and implement quarterly marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives, ensuring all activities are strategically planned to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to assess effectiveness, providing insights for future campaigns and adjustments based on data-driven decision-making.
Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to create cohesive marketing strategies, ensuring all messaging and branding are consistent across all channels and touchpoints.
Lead Digital Always-On ProgramWork with agency to design and continuously refine digital advertising program using multiple vehicles
Ensure geo-fencing for efficiency of spend
Ensure advertising reflects brand positioning, offering and most current offers
Drive strong advertising engagement, quality and high volume leads into channels
Ongoing reporting, insights and refinement
DSR Marketing Support ProgramsCreate and execute advertising curriculums that are coordinated with the DSR sales team to support higher sales close rates
Programs would include enhanced digital advertising, direct mail and sales support material
Brand ManagementCreate and implement marketing and advertising strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns that motivate the target audience to take action.
Stay updated on market trends and analyze competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure that all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the brand's identity and values.
Website Strategy and ManagementDevelop and implement comprehensive website strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand identity.
Oversee website development projects, coordinating with designers, developers, and content creators
Manage and optimize website content to ensure relevance, consistency, and search engine visibility
Analyze website metrics and user behavior data to drive data-informed decisions and improvements
Implement and maintain SEO strategies to improve search rankings and online visibility
Ensure website compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and accessibility guidelines
Conduct regular audits of website performance and implement necessary optimizations
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for web-related projects
Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide actionable insights to the marketing team based on research findings.
Assist in the development of customer personas and segmentation.
Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Prepare reports on key metrics, such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide recommendations for campaign optimization based on data analysis.
Social Media Management:Interface with the digital agency to have oversight over their focus on managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and community management.
Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
Coordinate internal communication efforts to keep teams informed about marketing activities.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Maintain and update the CRM system with customer and lead information.
Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Track and analyze customer interactions and behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
Digital Marketing:Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
Assist in the development and management of the company's website and online presence.
Track and report on digital marketing performance.
