Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional service to enhance customer loyalty. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within the retail sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving goals. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. Familiarity with administrative tasks related to sales operations, including budgeting and payroll management. Demonstrated success in retail management and retail sales, showcasing an ability to drive results in a competitive environment.
