Dynamic, aspirational, well-established bookkeeping firm seeking talented, experienced, hardworking bookkeepers looking for a new challenge

Our 8-man team is wanting exceptional bookkeepers to help expand our company to enable both ourselves and clients to thrive and adapt in the ever-changing reality of cloud accounting and the world at large.

Individuals we are seeking should ideally have:

extensive Canadian bookkeeping experience

worked in an environment servicing a large variety of clients simultaneously

attention to detail, retention of knowledge, and strong problem-solving abilities

highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

experience working with CRA on day-to-day issues, along with reviews and audits

payroll expertise

supervisory skills, both for file management and with fellow team-members

Candidates should be:

well versed in cloud and traditional accounting software and associated third party applications

resourceful and adaptable, both individually and as a core member of our team

analytical, knowing their way around P&L and balance sheet accounting as well as working paper preparation

proactive, being comfortable taking the lead on files, analysis, and reporting, anticipating needs

Expertise in oil & gas accounting is also highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
