We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, managing bar operations, and leading junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste. Operate the Micros POS system efficiently for processing orders and handling cash transactions. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any concerns promptly. Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff on drink preparation, service techniques, and food safety practices. Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required; bartending experience is preferred. Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Micros POS, is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
