Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while crafting high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain bar operations. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards. Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff on best practices in bartending and customer service.

Experience

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential. Basic math skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
