What you bring: Banking Solution Acumen: Deep understanding of everyday banking solutions, small business solutions, product knowledge, fraud prevention, and client onboarding. Project and Program Management: Experience with agile methodologies, business risk management, compliance, project framing, business case development, and robust risk and issue management. Data and Analytics: Proficiency in data reporting, visualization, dashboarding tools, data cleansing, curation, harmonizing, and packaging. Interpersonal and Leadership Skills: Proven ability to excel in specialist and matrix team environments; proven track record in mentoring team members. Experience and/or certification in a related field is a bonus.
