Purpose:

The AVEVA E3D Administrator will be responsible for loading and configuring the software, keeping the system running, and trouble-shooting problems. Duties will include software setup, database setup, integration with other tools, for example AVEVA Engineering. Configuring access control, and project level settings. This position will work with other team members, Engineering and Design Departments to provide operational and development support.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 This is a customer facing role that covers system setup, administration and problem resolution, and the use of application technologies to deliver improvements and efficiencies to engineering design activities.

\xc2\xb7 Managing and creating reporting options through the project lifecycle

\xc2\xb7 Administration and configuration of a E3D project

\xc2\xb7 Providing AVEVA E3D user-support for the different modules on projects including IsoDRAFT, DRAW, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Identifying potential areas where procedures / work instructions require a change or where new ones need to be developed.

\xc2\xb7 Manage and support Laser Scans in the AVEVA E3D Model

\xc2\xb7 Assist IT in maintaining AVEVA E3D model backup systems

\xc2\xb7 Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve end user performance

\xc2\xb7 User education and training for new hires and end users to become proficient with AVEVA E3D modules and / or integration with other AVEVA Tools

\xc2\xb7 Scheduling and prioritizing work to accommodate user needs with minimum impact

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring application developments or changes are fully tested

\xc2\xb7 Continually seeking opportunities to increase user satisfaction

\xc2\xb7 Documenting changes, processes and lessons learned.

Qualifications

What you will bring

Technical and Industry Experience:

\xc2\xb7 Project experience in AVEVA E3D Administration, Cats & Specs, customization, drawings reports, AVEVA Global, and Database Integrity checking.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in a petrochemical / Oil & Gas engineering environment preferred

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge and possible experience of integrating and usage of other AVEVA tools, such as AVEVA Instrumentation, AVEVA Electrical, AVEVA P&ID, AVEVA Engineering and ERM.

\xc2\xb7 Strong aptitude for project planning and implementation of new design software

\xc2\xb7 Experience in AVEVA E3D / PDMS administration and development

\xc2\xb7 Completion of administration and user training for AVEVA E3D

\xc2\xb7 Engineering and/or construction industry experience is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Experience using and supporting AutoCAD, Navisworks and RECAP

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Highly motivated and self-directed with strong communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Datacentric Delivery

\xc2\xb7 knowledge of LFM would be an Asset

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Work sharing a AVEVA E3D project with other Worley Offices around the World utilizing AVEVA Global.

Education \xe2\x80\x93 Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:
