We provide comprehensive advisory services spanning procurement strategy and category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship and performance management, inventory and network optimization, demand & supply planning (S&OP), process and operating model redesign, and digital/analytics enablement--including automation, business intelligence, and procurement platforms.
As a Senior Associate in Operations & Procurement Consulting, you will bring strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and practical implementation experience to diagnose challenges, design pragmatic solutions, and support clients through execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a Senior Associate, Operations & Procurement, Consulting (Bilingual FR/EN), you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. You will be a key contributor to project teams delivering complex engagements across North America--from targeted assessments and pilots to large-scale, end-to-end digital transformations.
